Dr. Kristin Mulrooney Named SCUP Fellow
Dr. Kristin Mulrooney, G-’00 & PhD ’06, Senior Project Manager in the Office of Planning, has been selected as a member of the 2021-2022 Emerging Leaders cohort of the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP). This program is an initiative created by the SCUP Membership Committee to provide those new to planning with guidance, knowledge, and connection.
The one-year program began July 12-16 during SCUP’s virtual national conference. It will provide the 30 cohort members a tailored learning experience with in-person and virtual learning, networking, and advisory opportunities.
Dr. Mulrooney joined the Office of Planning in November 2019. Prior to that, she directed the Center for Bilingual Teaching and Learning (CBTL) and taught in the Department of Linguistics. Along with current Interim Provost Jeffrey Lewis, she co-chaired the Bilingual Mission Framework Task Force.
Dr. Mulrooney is delighted to have been selected to this program and is excited to incorporate what she learns into supporting The Gallaudet Promise, Phase One Strategic Plan.
